Building Relations between

the Anglican Communion and the Roman Catholic Church


The Anglican Centre in Rome’s purpose is to promote Christian unity by developing friendly and informed relations between the Anglican Communion and the Roman Catholic Church.

The Centre

The Anglican Centre was founded in 1966 with the encouragement of Archbishop Michael Ramsey and Pope Pius VI.
