Visiting Rome – How we can help
The Centre is able to offer some practical help and information on visiting Rome whether you are coming privately or as a group.

(Please note that the Centre is closed in August and between Christmas and Epiphany.)
If you are on a private visit to Rome, we can:
- Provide a list of places to stay
- Show you around the Anglican Centre
- Welcome you to our weekly Tuesday Eucharist, followed by lunch (except in August)
- Help you make contact with various Vatican offices and with other Roman Catholic groups and organisations
- Act as a point of support and study during sabbaticals and study leave
- Help find you support in a crisis with pastoral care, use of Italian, contacts

If you are coming to Rome with a parish group or pilgrimage, we can:
- Make suggestions about places to stay, coach companies, restaurants
- Help you put together a program of visits
- Share in your worship
- Help find you support in a crisis with pastoral care, use of Italian, contacts
We do not usually:
- Book places for you with hotels, restaurants, etc;
- Directly contact suppliers or services;
- Pick up or deliver things to your hotel.
If you can, phone ahead. Most of our staff are fluent in Italian and English.

A reputable travel agent in your own country will best be able to book hotels at good prices for groups.
